Dr Billy Gallagher

So very sad to hear of the passing of Dr Billy Gallagher. I worked with him at Southern Sun Head Office for many years and he spoke at our Sustainable and Ethical Food conference last October; sharing anecdotes of famous people he met during his busy life. What a lovely, lovely man who kept his wicked sense of humour right to the end. He will be sadly missed by the thousands of people who loved him.
