Honest Chocolate bonbons are dark and intense with a soft, smooth chocolaty centre. The bonbons are made with raw (unroasted) organic cacao (full of antioxidants) and are sugar and dairy-free. Instead of sugar we use organic agave nectar which has a low GI value and also adds a lovely warm flavour to the chocolate. It's also 1.7 times sweeter than sugar so we use less of it in each bonbon. The cacao (or unprocessed cocoa) is sourced from ethically managed farms in Ecuador, which ensures that the small-scale farmers are not exploited and get a fair price for their cacao beans. For the chocolate nerds, the cacao is of the Cacao Nacional Arriba de Aroma varietal.

Our bonbons are made from the following ingredients:

  • Raw organic cacao

  • Organic Blue Agave nectar

  • Organic virgin coconut oil (cold pressed)

  • Organic vanilla pods


And being totally organic they are GM-free and free from potentially harmful pesticides. They are also sugar-free and suitable for diabetics.
