Company Profile :

In January 2007 Lula Concepts was established by David Jossel. David was the founding partner of the Loads of Living Group, which he sold in September 2006.

Our aim is to marry all necessary elements whilst simultaneously making financial sense to the hotelier. We also offer full project management and co-ordination, essentially taking the hassle away from our clients!

In addition to the procurement and installation aspect of the business, we also supply and replenish the hospitality industry with linen and bedding, kitchen and bathroom accessories, towelling and amenities.

Hospitality Experience :

With 15 years combined experience in the hospitality industry, we have fundamental trade knowledge that places Lula Concepts in an enviable position. Not only do we understand the market's requirements, but we also have the infrastructure, the trade and supplier relationships, and an expansive network that is certain to make a difference.

We have recently completed the 100 room hotel, The Mapungubwe Luxury Apartments located in the Jo'burg CBD. We worked closely with leading property developers, decorators and heritage specialists to ensure an authentic portrayal of this historic theme.

This turnkey solution saw various role fulfillments for Lula Concepts: as procurement agents with a key focus on replenishment as well as furniture suppliers and installers.

We have also been elected the official procurers for the Abercrombie and Kent Group South Africa.

In addition to this we procure for, and supply many other smaller establishments including boutique hotels and exclusive game lodges in Southern Africa.
