Pam Golding Lodges and Guesthouse (PTY) Ltd ("PGLAG") was launched in 2006 as a result of continued successes in the market concentrating on guesthouses, lodges and boutique hotels with between 6 and 40 rooms. The dedicated and experienced PGLAG has signed sales worth close to R160 Mln since they started concentrating on this market.

Hospitality Experience :

In 1997 the Pam Golding Property Group embarked on a strategy to leverage the synergy that exists between property, developments and the hospitality industry, by launching Golding Hotel Investment Consultants (PTY) Ltd ("GHIC").

GHIC is a specialist company within the Pam Golding Property Group under the leadership of hotel and leisure expert Joop Demes, a chartered accountant by trade. GHIC has facilitated transactions in excess of R1.5 billion and is regarded as the leading facilitator in the Southern African hospitality and leisure industry.
