Envirofriendly Building Solutions (EBS) Worldwide is a timber frame house manufacturing and engineering company based in Belgium. EBS uses a factory based production system, similar to automatic assembly of cars, to quickly construct quality pre-fabricated timber frame houses that are then assembled on site up to 70% quicker than traditional brick and mortar. For decades, timber frame has been a tried and tested building method for houses worldwide.
Mission and Vision:
We believe that this building system will radically change the way houses are built across the world. Not only is this system more economical in terms of time saved and materials used, these houses are superior quality, energy saving and leave a smaller carbon footprint.
Although this technology is prevalent in the northern hemisphere (Europe, USA and Japan) factory engineered houses remain largely unknown in the rest of the world. Our aim is to bring this innovative building system to the rest of the world with the establishment of EBS factories in different emerging economies so that we can supply higher quality EBS homes to the affordable housing market and eco friendly homes to the leisure market.
Our vision is to make houses across the globe which are economically affordable but also energy efficient and environmentally friendly. In so doing we want to contribute to addressing the critical housing shortage affecting the world while creating global villages of communities living in harmony with each other and the environment. EBS Worldwide:
Over the last 3 years EBS has expanded its operations globally with the set up of production facilities in South Africa, Chile and Belgium and factories soon to be set up in Angola and Zambia.
