Ecosis is a Sustainability Consultancy firm incorporated in June 2007.

Our in-house team regroups LEED accredited professionals and a BREEAM international assessor, qualified professional chemical and environmental engineers, a specialist in water and wastewater engineering, project managers, quantity surveyors, an architect, an artist, a landscape designer and an economist.

We help you define green building objectives according to your requirements.

We hold an initial project review and meet with you to determine certification feasibility.

We organise training & workshops to familiarise client, design & construction team to BREEAM and/or LEED.

Hospitality Experience :

We integrate BREEAM / LEED very early in the design & construction meetings to make sure everyone is on board.

We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to help you simulate and investigate green building techniques and assist you achieve your sustainability targets.

We complete Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and Assessment (LCA) so you can make informed decisions on your investments.
