Perfect Places homes or offices are built using a unique system that we have spent years perfecting - hence the name - and are made in a modular way to allow as much flexibility as possible within our designs. Within your budget, we can plan to build you house in phases, including forward-thinking designs to incorporate preparations for extensions to avoid that built-on look.

You provide the plot and we design and build your dream house or office. We start with the basics like wind direction and seasonal sun rise and sun set.

We specialise in Organic alternative building materials: Hemp insulation, Hemp Board and Hemp Crete. Our designs lessen your impact on nature and incorporate natural air flow, under floor heating technology, Solar panels to heat your water and run your lights, swimming pool and solar powered lights as well as thermostatically controlled windows and building grey and black water systems.

Perfect Places has an impressive resume and has been involved in eco-friendly building and designing for many years, first in Europe and for the past 7 years in South Africa .
